1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to AdComply, operated by LexSpot Consultants LLP. We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011, and applicable data protection principles.
2. Information We Collect
Account: Name, email, hashed password on registration.
Payment: We do not store card or bank details; processed by Razorpay under their policy.
Ad content: Text, images, or PDFs submitted for analysis.
Usage data: Analyses run, plan type, timestamps, IP address for security and rate-limiting.
Cookies: A single session cookie for login state. No tracking or advertising cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and provide AdComply
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send transactional emails (receipts, plan changes)
- To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
- To respond to support queries
We do not use your ad content to train AI models or share it with third parties for any purpose other than generating your compliance report.
4. Ad Content Confidentiality
Ad content is processed in real time and is not retained after your report is delivered. We do not log advertisement content beyond the active session.
5. Data Sharing
- Razorpay: Payment processing only.
- AI processing: Your ad content is sent to Anthropic’s API for analysis. Anthropic’s terms prohibit use of API data for model training.
- Cloud hosting: Our cloud infrastructure provider, used solely for hosting the Service.
- Law enforcement: Where required by Indian law or court order.
6. Data Retention
Account information: retained for the account lifetime plus 90 days post-deletion. Analysis metadata (not content): 12 months. Payment records: 7 years as required by Indian tax law.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@lexspot.in. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Contact contact@lexspot.in immediately if you suspect a security issue.
9. Children
AdComply is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Current policy always available at getadcomply.com/privacy.
