Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

AdComply subscription plans are billed monthly in advance in INR. By subscribing, you authorise monthly charges until you cancel.

2. Free Trial

New users may run one (1) compliance analysis free of charge on account creation. No payment is collected, so no refund applies.

3. Refund Eligibility

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a billing period has started, no refunds are provided, whether or not analyses have been used during the period.

4. Unused Analyses

Unused analyses do not roll over and are not refundable. Quotas reset on each billing anniversary regardless of prior usage.

5. Cancellation

Cancel at any time by emailing contact@lexspot.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date. No pro-rated refund is provided for the remaining period.

6. Technical Failures

If an analysis fails due to a verified error on our end and your quota was deducted, we will restore the analysis credit. This is a quota restoration, not a cash refund.

7. Disputes

Contact contact@lexspot.in within 14 days of a disputed charge. We respond within 5 business days. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.

8. GST

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes will be charged additionally as per applicable law.
