Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AdComply (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms govern your use of the platform operated by LexSpot Consultants LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India.
2. Description of Service
AdComply is an AI-powered advertisement compliance analysis platform. The Service analyses ad content against applicable laws in selected jurisdictions and generates compliance reports, available on a subscription basis or via a one-time free trial.
3. Not Legal Advice
Compliance reports are informational outputs of an automated AI system. They do not constitute legal advice, legal opinions, or the work product of a licensed advocate. Results must not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified legal counsel. LexSpot Consultants LLP is not liable for any action taken or not taken based on Service output.
4. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for account confidentiality and all activity under your account. Notify us at contact@lexspot.in of any suspected unauthorised access.
5. Subscription and Payment
- Plans are billed monthly in INR, exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your payment instrument details.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Analysis quotas reset on your billing anniversary. Unused analyses do not roll over.
- Pricing may change at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: submit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content; reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; share credentials or resell access; submit false information; or circumvent usage limits or access controls.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the platform, models, and brand assets are owned by LexSpot Consultants LLP. Compliance reports generated for your content belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to process your submitted content solely to provide the Service.
8. Data and Confidentiality
Ad content is processed solely to generate your report and is not retained after delivery. We do not use your content to train AI systems. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexSpot Consultants LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including regulatory fines or campaign losses. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend your account for breach of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by contacting contact@lexspot.in. No refund is issued for the current billing period upon voluntary termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
